Plan each day on one timeline
Pick a day from the tiles at the top, or see all days at once. Each plan has a time, a place, and notes, and flights and hotels keep their booking details. As the day goes, finished plans fold away and the summary shows what is next, with the day’s weather beside it.
Add an activity from the toolbar, and reorder a day when plans change. Everything saves to your device, so the itinerary works offline too.
Import bookings instead of typing them
Share or open a flight or hotel confirmation and TripNova reads it on your device and fills in the flights and stays, and you review every detail before it is added. The page on importing flight and hotel bookings covers the files it reads and the details it leaves out.
A live itinerary on the day
The itinerary keeps working once the trip starts. On a travel day TripNova opens to what is happening now and what is next. Mark plans done as you go, open the map to see the trip’s stops, and tap a stop for directions.
In the iOS and Android apps, reminders arrive when each plan starts and on the day a checklist item is due. They are scheduled on your device, so they work offline.
Everything else the trip needs
- Packing checklists you tick off as you pack
- Documents and photos kept with the trip
- The list of travelers
- A PDF itinerary to print or share
- Duplicate a trip to reuse a plan
Start with just a name
A new trip needs only a name. Add the destination and dates when you know them; the cover follows the destination until you choose your own. No account is needed to start, and planning is free.
